I am
Svetlana Vrubleuskaya, a driven professional with a passion for culture and behavior within internal auditing. With a background in criminology and a postmaster in Operational Auditing & Advisory, I have dedicated myself to behavioral change in organizations. I strongly believe in integrating corporate culture and human behavior to improve internal processes, because people are the core of any organization.

 

My interest in culture and behavior started at a young age, when I came to the Netherlands from Belarus with my mother and sister at the age of nine to build a life here. I grew up with a special mix of two cultures, which have made me who I am today. I am grateful for the knowledge I have gained from these different backgrounds. This allows me to quickly connect with different people.
